Drop the blocks. We run it.
Build your prospecting workflow by chaining blocks: Scrape Google Maps → Filter → Email finder → Deliverability check → CSV Export. No code, no third-party integrations, everything native to outsend. One click, it runs end to end, and your file is waiting for you.
You want to automate your prospecting: pull a list of businesses from Google Maps, find the professional email of each decision-maker, verify those emails won't bounce, and export everything into a ready-to-use CSV. Without a dedicated tool, that means stacking 4 subscriptions (a scraper, an email finder, a verifier, an export tool), 3 manual import-export steps between each one, and a half-day of hand-crafted coordination.
The outsend.xyz Pipelines module eliminates all that plumbing. You chain the native blocks (8 modules available) in whatever order suits your workflow, hit run once, and the tool executes the full sequence — passing each block's results directly to the next. No Zapier to configure, no APIs to wire up, no execution quotas to buy on top — everything is native to outsend.
Your first pipeline in 3 steps
No technical knowledge required. If you know how to drag a card in Trello, you know how to build an outsend pipeline.
Drop the blocks
From the side palette, drag the modules you need onto the canvas: Scrape Maps, Filter, Email finder, Deliverability check, Tech stack, Dead check, Reviews, Social networks, Export.
Configure each block
Clicking a block opens its settings panel: for Scrape, set the area and business type; for Filter, define your criteria (rating ≥ 4 ★, email present, etc.); for Export, choose the output format.
Run and forget
Click "Execute". The pipeline runs in sequence, each block passing its results to the next. You can close the tab — you'll get a notification when it's done with your export ready to download.
8 available blocks, infinitely combinable
Each module can be chained with any other in any logical order. Build exactly the workflow you need.
Scrape Google Maps
Pull businesses by geographic area and activity type. The most common starting point.
Filter
Filter your list on any criterion: rating, email, category, keywords, and more.
Email finder
Reconstruct professional emails from a name and company. Built-in SMTP verification.
Deliverability check
Real inbox test, anti-bounce, disposable email detection. Prevents hard bounces.
Dead check
Detects URLs returning 404 / timeout / expired SSL in your list for automatic cleanup.
Tech stack
Identifies the technologies powering a website (WordPress, Shopify, Stripe…) to sharpen your targeting.
Maps Reviews
Enriches each listing with its Google reviews: average rating, sentiment, owner response presence.
Export
Final output as CSV, XLSX, or JSON. Choose which columns to include, the separator, and encoding.

Pipelines = orchestration, not a change of legal framework
The Pipelines module simply chains other outsend modules together. Each one remains subject to its own GDPR framework: Maps scraping via legitimate interest harvesting, B2B email outreach under a conditional opt-out framework, with required mentions and traceability in every export. Pipelines don't amplify legal risk — they automate the legitimate path.

Which modules can be chained in a pipeline?
All outsend modules: Scrape Maps, Filter, Email finder, Deliverability check, Dead check, Tech stack, Maps Reviews, Social networks, Export. More to come as new modules are released.
How many blocks can a pipeline contain?
No hard limit in alpha. In practice, 5–10 blocks is the comfortable range. Beyond that, a pipeline becomes hard to reason about — it's better to split it into several shorter pipelines that pass their results along.
Can a pipeline be scheduled to run on a recurring basis?
Yes — a pipeline can be configured to run on a set frequency (daily at 6 AM, weekly on Monday, monthly on the 1st, etc.). You receive an email notification on completion with a link to download the ready export file.
What happens if a block fails?
The pipeline stops at that block, preserves everything produced upstream, and notifies you by email with the error details. You can resume from the failed block after fixing the issue, without rerunning the entire upstream — no work is lost.
Can pipelines be imported or exported?
Native JSON format. You can save a pipeline as a template, share it with a teammate, or version-control it. The sample pipelines shown above are importable in one click from the community template hub.
What's the difference from Zapier or Make?
Zapier and Make are general-purpose orchestrators that connect to hundreds of third-party services. outsend Pipelines is purpose-built for prospecting: all modules are native, no third-party authentication, no execution quotas to purchase on top. For prospecting workflows, you move faster and pay less.
How much does it cost in alpha?
Free on application. When alpha ends, the flat-rate plan includes pipelines with no run cap (unlike Zapier-style "execution volume" models that charge per trigger).
Can a pipeline trigger an automatic email send?
Not in alpha. outsend prepares contact-ready lists; sending remains manual via your usual tool (Lemlist, Brevo, Gmail). This will change in beta with enhanced opt-out compliance measurement in place.
