n8n integration
Run outsend from your n8n workflows: the Outsend node starts jobs, pipelines and veilles, and the Outsend Trigger node starts a workflow when a job finishes.
Status: live. The Outsend node is verified by n8n and available on n8n Cloud since 12 October 2026.
With n8n, outsend fits into your workflows, on n8n Cloud or on a self-hosted instance. The Outsend node starts jobs, pipelines and veilles (recurring monitoring), and the Outsend Trigger node starts a workflow when a job, a pipeline or a veille run finishes.
Connect outsend to n8n
- Generate an API key on the Integrations page, in the n8n card. You can also create one under Settings → API keys.
- Copy the key right away: you won't see it again.
- Add the node:
- On n8n Cloud: on the canvas, open the nodes panel and search for Outsend. The node is verified, so there is nothing to install.
- On a self-hosted instance: install the npm package
n8n-nodes-outsendfrom Settings → Community nodes. Then search for Outsend in the nodes panel.
- The first time you use the node, n8n asks for an Outsend API credential. Paste the key into the API Key field.
To remove n8n's access, revoke the key under Settings → API keys. A key generated from the Integrations page is named “n8n”.
No account yet? Sign up here, the invite code is already filled in.
A job started from n8n costs the same EF as a job started in the app, with the same limits (job cost).
Outsend node
The node handles three resources: Job, Pipeline and Veille.
Job
| Operation | What it does |
|---|---|
createScrap |
Starts a business search. Fields Queries (one query per line) and Zones (one zone per line), options under Additional Fields. |
| Create Enrichment Job | Enriches the rows of a finished job, set in Source Job ID. Enrichment Type: Emails, Reviews, Socials or Verify Emails. |
| Get | Returns a job with its current status and counts. |
| Get Download URL | Returns the download link for a finished job, as CSV, JSON or XLSX (Format field). |
| Get Many | Lists the account's jobs, most recent first. |
Pipeline
| Operation | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create | Creates a pipeline from a JSON definition (Definition (JSON)) and starts it right away. |
| Get | Returns a pipeline with the job of each step, its progress and its final job. |
| Get Many | Lists the account's pipelines, most recent first. |
Veille
| Operation | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create | Creates a veille on a finished job or pipeline. Frequency (Days) sets the number of days between two runs. |
| Delete | Deletes a veille. Its run history is kept. |
| Get Many | Lists the account's active and paused veilles. |
Outsend Trigger node
| Event | Fires when |
|---|---|
| Job Completed | A job finishes and its file is ready. |
| Job Failed | A job fails. |
| Job Cancelled | A job is cancelled. |
| Pipeline Completed | A pipeline finishes and its final file is ready. |
| Pipeline Failed | A pipeline fails. |
| Pipeline Cancelled | A pipeline is cancelled. |
| Veille Run Completed | A veille run finishes and the list of changes is ready. |
When you activate the workflow, the node registers its own webhook with outsend. When you deactivate it, the node removes it.
The Verify Signature option checks the X-Outsend-Signature header of each delivery. It is on by default.
Events are only sent to a public HTTPS URL. n8n Cloud already has one. On a self-hosted instance, put n8n behind HTTPS on a public domain and set that domain in the WEBHOOK_URL variable. If the instance cannot be reached from the internet, use a Schedule Trigger node followed by the Outsend node (Job → Get Many) to check jobs at regular intervals.
Example workflows
Tell the team when a file is ready. Outsend Trigger (Job Completed), then Outsend (Job → Get Download URL) with the Job ID from the trigger, then a Slack message with the link.
Start a search from a form. n8n Form Trigger with two fields, business type and city, then Outsend (Job → createScrap) with the business type in Queries and the city in Zones.
Get notified after each veille run. Outsend Trigger (Veille Run Completed), then an email to the sales team after each run.
